  • How does the organization help youth in the community?
    We provide a range of programs, including mentorship, job readiness training, and personal development workshops designed to help our youth gain confidence, build life skills, and make positive life choices. We believe in empowering young people to reach their potential and to actively contribute to their communities.
  • How does the organization support individuals experiencing homelessness?
    We work with local shelters, housing programs, and employment services to help individuals experiencing homelessness find stable housing and employment. Our organization also offers essential supplies, meals, and workshops on financial literacy and job readiness, empowering individuals to rebuild their lives for a more sustainable future.
  • What efforts are made to support wrongfully convicted individuals?
    We collaborate with legal professionals and advocacy groups to assist individuals who have been wrongfully convicted. Our services include connecting these individuals with legal aid, reviewing their case logs, supporting their reintegration post exoneration, and providing educational and job resources. We believe in restorative justice and work to raise awareness of systemic issues that lead to wrongful Convictions.
  • What is the mission of the organization of the organization?
    Our mission is to cultivate an environment where young men and women are mentored and guided through the vicissitudes of life onto success. Our aim is to aid our youth in dodging the pitfalls plaguing urban communities and the alarming statistics that our youth fall into systemically from drug addiction, mental health issues, drop out rate, failing grades, gang affiliation, youth homelessness, suicide and death. We will explosively work to halt the school to prison pipeline. Too many of our adolescents are going straight from school to prison. Also vigorously strive to reduce the number of US citizens incarcerated and chained for years to the fence of the nation's prison system as well as to curve and bridge gaps of the BIPOC and urban communities all across the world.
  • What is the Community/School Closet?
    The closet is where we have designated dates and times that we allow the community and children from school to come and anonymously browse through new and lightly used items that are necessary for their success. Whether that is pieces of clothing, coats, gloves, scarves, household supplies and needs, shoes, etc all free of charge to them. You are welcome to call and set up a scheduled time if you are in need or if you'd like to donate any items to the closet.
  • What types of community violence intervention programs do you offer?
    We offer intervention programs that focus on conflict resolution, peer mediation, and educational workshops to promote nonviolent communication. Are trained to outreach workers also provide support to those families and individuals directly affected by violence and connect them to additional resources. We have wraparound services for the entire family such as counseling or family support services, to break cycles of violence within communities.
